A stress free experience

Our goal is to allow you to be seen on time, do all necessary scheduled treatments, and make appointments as stress free for you as possible.

Please allow the following time for each appointment type:

+ Initial Examination - 30 minutes
+ Records, if not part of the Initial Examination – 30 minutes
+ Consultation, if not part of the Initial Examination – 30 minutes
+ Initial Bonding - 60 minutes
+ Adjustment Appointments - 15 minutes

During the course of orthodontic treatment, it is important that you do not miss a scheduled appointment. Orthodontic forces must be monitored on a regular basis to insure the highest quality of orthodontic care that we can provide. We do, however, realize that some circumstances cannot be avoided, and you will occasionally need to reschedule.

Rescheduling appointments

When an appointment has to be rescheduled for any reason, we ask that you take the next available appointment to prevent treatment delays.

Appointments are scheduled 4-6 weeks in advance and rescheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you can’t find a convenient time, take the first available and ask to be placed on the cancellation waitlist. Always schedule your next appointment before leaving the office to avoid delays that could extend your treatment. Patients are seen by appointment only—if you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
